The independent Electoral
Commission INEC has extended the period of the distribution of the Permanent
Voters Cards, PVC, in Edo State from twelfth to seventeenth of November 2014.
The resident Electoral
Officer to Edo state Mr Baritor Kpagi gave the directive at news briefing in
Benin on Tuesday in Benin.
He announced that about 4, 658 out of a total
of one million, five hundred and thirty one, five hundred and eighty Cards
voters brought to Edo state were stolen especially at Orhionmwon, Ovia North
East and Etsako West local Government Areas.
