Unidentified gunmen have attacked Limawa primary and secondary schools in Minna capital of Niger state on Monday.
Some sources said the attackers shot sporadically in the air before using their machetes to inflict injuries on the students.
The number of casualties is yet to be ascertained. The Niger state Police command spokesperson DSP Ibrahim Gambari confirmed the incident.
