that he ran off the pitch after asking the referee of he could and straight to
the toilet he went to answer the call of nature... wonder what he ate!

Uruguay had a disappointing 1-1 draw against Saudi Arabia in their first international game since the World Cup in Brazil with returning Suarez and the player again made the game with a history to be recorded in the Guinness book of World Records
Suarez walked out of the pitch, after looking absolutely uncomfortable and gasping for breath like something hot was pinned to his underpants. He asked the referee for a time out after he could bear it no more, and rushed out the pitch, heading straight to the toilet
In good solidarity, the referee halted the game until he came back before the match resumed. A goal from him would have been most remarkable to complete the night, but his part in the own conceded by Saudi Arabia did make up for something. It doesn't happen every day but when it happens, you have to answer the call of nature
